By creating an account and using the CollabSpace platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service, including project ideas and descriptions ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant CollabSpace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
CollabSpace respects intellectual property rights. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the required information.
CollabSpace is a platform for collaboration and does not claim any ownership rights to the intellectual property (IP) created by teams on the platform. The ownership of project IP is determined by the agreements between the team members themselves. CollabSpace is not responsible for and will not mediate IP disputes between users.
Project Leads have the authority to remove inactive members from their team according to the platform's Inactivity Removal System. CollabSpace is not responsible for these actions and will not intervene in team management decisions.
For any project that originates on the Service and subsequently generates revenue, you agree that CollabSpace is entitled to a 10% share of the net profits. You agree to report such monetization to CollabSpace in a timely manner.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollabSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service or any collaborations formed through it.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using this Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (Note: You should create a separate `privacy.html` page).
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
